6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on 499bingo will be conducted in accordance with the rules described in this section.

6.1 Gaming Policy

• 499bingo reserves the right to void a bet if the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error.
• The result stored on the game provider's server is considered final.

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and other sports:

• Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds (money laundering).

8 Account Suspension and Closure

499bingo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Request under the responsible gaming policy.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Consequences of Account Closure
